The minimal stay are 2 nights in all the seasons, except:
– Special seasons: Holidays Long Weekend, Easter Week, Christmas, Summer (June, July, August and September) (3-4 nights)
Our prices include:

– Normal costs of light, water and gas
– Linen
-The cleaning before the arrive.
-Hoteliers taxes
– VAT
Under no circumstances will be accepted more persons than the mentioned places and we reserve the right of no admission or eviction.

– Confirmation by email or phone of the arriving and leaving dates
– Deposit 50% of the house price (the other 50% before arrive)
Payment Method
Bank transfer to account: 3058 0884 10 2720001545 of ‘Cajamar’ , for national reserves and ES1030580884102720001545 for internationals as a concept indicating the phone number of the person making the booking.
The reservation can not be formalized without any of those requirements.
